Dream it up and set the details
Every trip starts with a spark. Give it a name, a type and a vibe — then decide how much to lock in.
Set a destination, or leave it open. Pick dates, or enable flexible dates and let the group find the window that works. Toggle the features you want — chat, polls, itinerary, expenses, photos — so the event only shows what matters.

Rally the troops
Invite by name or by email — friends without an account get a link that just works.
Your event shows up on your dashboard with everyone's status at a glance: who's in, who's pending, who hasn't opened it yet. Invites can be scoped to a single date or a whole recurring series.

Find the perfect dates, together
No more forty-message threads. Everyone submits when they're free, and SquadPlan finds the overlap.
Each person adds their availability windows and how flexible they are. As responses come in, the availability summary highlights the best date range for the whole group — and if it's still a toss-up, you can put the finalists to a vote.

Decide together
Departure time, restaurant, which show — put it to the group and get an answer.
Create single-choice, multiple-choice or ranked polls. Results update live as votes come in, tied to the event so nobody has to scroll back through a chat to find them.

Build the itinerary
Hotel check-in, beach volleyball, seafood dinner — every activity in order, with a place on the map.
Anyone can suggest an item. Locations are geocoded so you get directions, distances and a map view of the whole day. Export the plan to your calendar, and share live location during the event so nobody gets lost.
