This five-week workshop introduces women to writing as a practice for self-inquiry and personal growth. Each week focuses on a new theme, such as childhood dreams, identity versus roles and responsibilities, and what authentic living looks like for each of us. Each class includes a short teaching component on writing tips and techniques, guided writing time and the option to share work in a supportive environment. By the end of the workshop, participants will have written several reflective explorations and will know how to use writing to connect with their authentic selves. The workshop is taught by two local professional writers, Jennifer Junghans and Sena Christian. No prior writing experience is necessary.
